Description: This conn 4h is a piece of history and a good trombone it one of the first conn 4hs ever made 1907 in Elkhart Indiana. While this trombone is good to look at with its hand engraved bell it still plays well and you can hear its time period . the only thing you will need is a XS small shank mouthpiece, I would recommend something like a olds 3 mouthpiece . I would rate the slide a 4/10 as the nickel is coming off the inner slide it’s still pretty smooth right now but it may be a problem in the future. I really wish I could keep this instrument but the trombone is friction fit which does not fit my uses right now. If you have any questions feel free to ask It comes with the case too
