The magazine contains obituaries, news of various veterans' groups, and details of new veterans' memorials monuments, as well as the usual letters and reminiscences from veterans and other readers. Topics in this issue include; Gen. Joseph R. Anderson + Incidents of Second Manassas. It is in readable but somewhat distressed condition. There is also some surface rubbing and edge wear, as well as some page corner creases and some tearing and chipping around the edges as expected with ephemera of this age.
