John Bunyan was a Puritan preacher and writer in England. In 1655, Bunyan became a deacon and began preaching. He experienced marked success from the start and was the pastor of the Bedford church. Bunyan is the author of The Pilgrim's Progress which he wrote in 1676 while imprisoned for preaching without a license. This book’s exterior is in rough condition, but the pages on the inside are in better condition. The front cover is disconnected and the spine is cracked and falling apart. This book really could use some rebinding work to restore the quality of this book. The first few pages fell out along with pages 39-42. Page 3-16 are almost completely disconnected from the spine. There are dirty fingerprints, small stains, foxing, and small tears on pages throughout the whole book. There is blue ink on the side of the page starting on 48-146.
