Description: I used this adapter card for many years to connect to a Maxtor Atlas drive. It offers four 68-pin SCSI connection-ports (two internal, two external) from a PCI slot. It also appears to have a 5th internal port that accepts an older-style 50-pin SCSI ribbon-connector. A 68-pin SCSI ribbon-cable is included, with 5 connectors. One is separated from the end but can be reattached easily. Note in the photos that there is a minor dent in one of the external ports, no doubt easily fixed with pliers. (I never needed it.) Three jumper-pins appear to be bent slightly (see upper right of photos) but they also should straighten out just fine with pliers. (I never needed them either.)
