The actual real Postage Stamps ( Cat # provided ) are used as part of the cachet with an additional gold foil replica, modeled after the real stamp. Historical information about the President is also provided as part of the cachet. Additional detailed information about each president is provided with the stuffer card which accompanied each cover originally. Most of the Cancels are Washington DC, and during the year 1989, on the month/day of the release of the original stamp.
