Description: This is a MONEY SAVING combination set, of our PIRATE TREASURE CHEST and COFFIN crystal radio kits! Our very own designs, available nowhere else! Build your own crystal radios in a wooden Pirate Treasure Chest and wooden Coffin case. Cases are nicely constructed, with metal clasps and hinges. You have to drill holes as necessary. The wood is soft pine, and easy to work with. Comes with all components and hardware necessary, simple instructions, and 20 feet of indoor antenna wire. Although soldering is recommended to connect parts, you can just twist the wires and components together, if you choose to do so. Kits also include an optional transistor amplifier (and associated components and perfboard), you can add to the circuit, which will greatly increase the performance of the radio!
