Description: This beautiful aqua blue & white, 18th century colonial era, ladies costume consists of an elastic waist, zippered back skirt, with an attached peplum of aqua & gold metallic leaf patterned brocade.The matching bodice, also has a zippered back, with a V neck & 3/4 sleeves trimmed with a white lace collar, and aqua fabric bows. Included is a matching beaded choker. Size is medium, and measures as follows:Bust-up to 38"Shoulder to shoulder (back)-15"Waist- 26"-30"Skirt length-42"This poly satin dress has the look and texture of a taffeta. It can be hand washed, and hung dry, but will require ironing, or steaming. This costume was made in the U.S. by a company called "Tabi's", who make superior quality costumes. This dress was worn very little and is in excellent condition. There was one small cut in the back of the skirt at the very bottom, ( a heel poke) and it has been patched.
