Collector Barbie BMR1959 Partial Ken Doll Outfit Man Bun Sweatshirt

Description: In this listing we have the partial outfit from the BMR1959 Man bun Ken doll. You will begetting three pieces of his outfit. You will be getting his oversized red and orange hooded sweatshirt that has the BMR1959 logo on it, a pair of basketball style shorts (also with the BMR1959 logo), and an over the shoulder plastic fanny pack (again, with the logo). These clothing pieces are designed to fit the “original” ken body and will fit dolls of similar size. The sweat shirt is intentionally large. The sweatshirt does not feature closures, the pants have an elastic waist, and the fanny pack has four different size settings. The fanny pack is one piece of molded plastic. It does not really open. This outfit does not include shoes or glasses. My pictures came out a little saturated, the colors are a bit more muted in person. These clothing pieces are in very good shape. These clothing pieces have never been played with. They are fresh off a just removed from the box doll. Overall they are in good shape, but do have some minor issues. The sweatshirt is in good shape. It is a little wrinkled from how it was posed in the box. I will mention I would be careful stretching it where the logos are printed on since I think the printing will crack. There's already some cracking in a couple places, most noticeable on the top logo on the chest where the hood is sewn onto the main body of the sweatshirt. There’s also a couple other cracks here and there. There’s also some spots where there’s missing white spots to the logo. It doesn’t look like wear, but like it wasn’t printed at the factory. There are some excess threads at the sleeves on the inside from the side seams. The stitching for the front pocket on the left and right isn’t as perfect as it could be. You can see some of the stitching on either side of the top of the pocket, but that’s very minor. On the front right seam on the sleeve there is a small orange threads and some of the stitching is visible at that spot. It looks to be a cosmetic issue, but I would be careful with the sweatshirt in that spot in case the sewing is weaker in that spot. At the front of the sweatshirt where the hood is attached there is some visible excess sewing at the very front. The shorts look good. There are some excess threads in the back at the waistband at the seam. The black top-stitching at the bottom of the pant legs isn’t as perfect as it could be. Some of the stitches are just a little wobbly. They are all secure, just a minor cosmetic issue. On the bottom of the pant legs, sometimes the bottom hem tends to want to flip up and have the inside of the fabric be visible from the outside. This is very minor and it just needs to be adjusted to tuck it back under. The fanny pack looks good. The gold paint for the logo and the zippers are a bit sloppy so the paint isn’t exactly where it’s supposed to be. There are some seam lines and mold injection spots, but all of them will have that. There are some molded in lines to the plastic in a couple places. I would be careful with the closure in the back. The openings have to stretch in order to connect to the loops. They could tear over time with lots of use. The post could also start tearing from use. Everything looks fine now, I would just be careful with it.
