Description: Offering a very nice Colibri by Kreisler Automatic Lighter, manufactured in the US Zone of West Germany, between 1947 and 1949. The interesting thing about this is that Ibelo and Kreisler were part of the Colibri group. Colibri in England, Ibelo in Germany and Kreisler in the US. At the time only Kreisler had the resources necessary to get the Ibelo factory up and running. These lighters would later be identified Ibelo Monopol. I believe that both Ibelo's and Kreisler's Automatic Lighters were manufactured using the 1932 Colibri Monopol design. Mechanically: Lights almost every time. Cosmetics: Very nice, see pics. I'm a old man and I buy, refurbish and sell lighters on eBay as a hobby. Something to occupy my time. I don't knowingly make false representations! Combined shipping is based on weight.
