Coleman Peak 1 Max Xpedition single Burner Stove Mdl 9720-701J- Japan, RARE

Description: If you're looking for a RARE Coleman stove, this is a good example. Unlike other stove I have for sale, this one is not modified to use current compressed gasses - it is all original. This is from an Estate of a Coleman stove collector. Because it has been fired/used, I hooked up a adaptor to test the stove. This adaptor will not be sold with this stove, only its original valving. See the 3rd photo of the test burn, all the jets are active, nice and blue flames. This stove is used, it is not NEW! Burner doesn't seem to have any markings. It burns with a nice even flame, and was responsive to the vale adjusting, its a good burner!It is an early 3 leg model, the legs open/close smoothly. The feet are rubberized on this stove, where some of the 3 legged ones were not rubberized. It still has the typical Japanese market metal tag, showing the model number 9720-701J.It has the black plastic hard case typical of the Japanese market for these stoves. It also has the owner's manual, and the "can opener". It will not come with a fuel can! Plese see the photos as part of the description. I am No expert on these stoves, yet this stove fires up.
