The Lodoicea nut is widely known for its curious shape similar to a woman's pelvis, thighs, and buttocks. This nut has an uncanny resemblance. The myths and folklore that follow them is exetremely interesting as well, with being known to bring good luck to your love life. Anyone not familiar with these, this is the largest coconuts from the gigantic palm only located on the islands of Praslin and Curieuse in the Seychelles off the African coast. They can take up to 40 years for the tree to mature and up to 10 years for the nut to harvest. Then an additional 5 or more years to cure and be able to sell. Unfortunately, they are an endangered species due to poachers and the isolation of the islands, with roughly only 8000 trees left in existence. The seeds within them are normally removed and used as an aphrodisiac in some cultures and flavor enhancers in others. This nut seems to have not been opened or emptied.
