This clear plastic cover with oval white painted trim measures 16-11/16" by 12-1/2" by 1-1/2", and shows nicks and scratches and a very small break to one corner, as pictured. PERHAPS IT MAY BE ABLE TO BE TOUCHED UP OR REPAIRED IF DESIRED, THE WHITE PAINTED AREAS ARE ON THE INSIDE. Photos have been included both with and without the inner panel to illustrate the wear and flaws. THE PANEL INSERT WITH BLUE AND LIME GREEN STARS MEASURES 16-1/2" BY 12-5/16". IT MAY APPEAR TO HAVE MANY WEAR SPOTS IN THE PHOTOS (what looks as though the raised stars have much edge wear is the result of lighting / camera flash and not damage). There are a couple of small random spots of wear which are not all that noticeable. It may have been a vending machine insert, or for a soda fountain / menu board.
