Description: 4 Place Settings of Royal Cobalt Blue by Cathy Hardwick for Mikasa porcelain dishes. There are a total of 20 pieces in this lot. These have a clean and classic design. This Royal Cobalt color was made from 1984-1986. Each place setting contains: * Dinner plate * Salad/dessert plate * Rimmed soup bowl * Cup * Saucer At the time of the original listing there were 8 total place settings available that were being sold in two sets of four plus there were matching completer serving pieces including chop plates, serving bowl, gravy boat and cream & sugar. Overall in good pre-owned vintage condition. Some light wear and tear from age and use including some utensil marks and some wear to the gold trim on just a few pieces. Also there are a few bumps and waves under the glaze from original manufacturing. There are no cracks but there is one chip on one cup. The chipped cup will sell in the second lot. Please know that there are sellers on eBay with individual cups for sale - so this one cup can be replaced. The last photos in this listing show examples of the condition notes. Please review all photos provided which includes some measurements. This set is quite heavy (each place setting weighs just over 4# prior to a shipping box and protective packaging. This will require an oversized shipping box that will be subject to dimensional shipping charges. As a result I am only including ground shipping options as these are the lowest cost for this size and weight package.
