Book needs a clean / press badly - covers have wrinkling and age-related dirt / light staining here and there. Staining on back is more pronounced. Spine has a few tiny horizontal tears but is in-tact / not splitting.... Cover is attached but is pulling at stapes / can see small tears at the staples. Interior pages have age-related darkening.
