Description: Up for auction is a vintage, late 1950’s-early 1960’s, "Cliffs Ridge", ski lift ticket. Cliff's Ridge was the original name of the ski area in Marquette, Michigan, which is now known as Marquette Mountain. The ski area opened in 1957 and was named after the Cleveland-Cliffs Iron Company, which leased the land. In 1982, the ski area was renamed Marquette Mountain. If you have any questions, please ask! Check out my store for other vintage ski patches, ski pins, ski tickets and ski brochures.
