It is not shiny, but has a soft sheen. It would be suitable for skirts, dresses, suits, and drapery. I have several bolts of this fabric if you need more than 3 yards. If you buy more than 3 yards, the longest section I can measure and cut will be 12 yards in length, however you can buy as many yards as you wish.
