This is a reproduction script of the very first episode, or pilot, of the series. What makes this script unique is the title page of the original was signed by Nancy Kovack, the actress who played Sheila. When she invites Darrin and Samantha to a dinner party, Samantha's pledge of no witchcraft is put to the test by the snobbish Sheila and her condescending attitude toward Samantha. When Samantha finally gives in and unleashes her witchcraft, it is a sequence of very funny spells that shows the magic to come in this original series that was a massive hit upon it's debut, largely due to the talents of Elizabeth Montgomery. The script is a revised final draft dated September 26, 1963 and is a total of 50 pages.
