Meaning it is 3" OD piping that is expanded on both ends so that you can slip fit normal 3" piping into it so you can clamp it. I would recommend clamping with 3" torctite clamps that we also sell and on another auction. This is perfect for someone that cannot weld and wants to add a wideband o2 sensor. We've seen companies made clamps with o2 bungs, but these are a cheap sheet metal that wouldn't last long and removing an o2 sensor from it after time with definitely break that clamp.
