HAMMERED BRASS HOOK AND EYES CLOSE THE FRONT WITH BONING AT SIDES AND FRONT. SLEEVES SET OFF THE SHOULDER WITH A PIPED SEAM AND THE BOTTOM CUFF IN A TURNED UP RUFFLE. PIPED SEAM AROUND THE WAISTLINE WITH LAGE FLOUNCED RUFFLE AT THE BOTTOM HEM AND HEAVY CARTRIDGE PLEATING AT THE REAR JUST BENEATH THE BELTING. CONDITION: EACH UNDER ARM HAS FRAYED OPEN WITH THE FRAY CONTINUING UP ON THE RIGHT REAR SIDE ARM SEAM. A SQUARE OF COTTON WAS ADDED TO THE INNER LINING ON EACH SIDE TO STABILIZE AND STRENGTHEN, BUT I WOULD REMOVE ONCE A NEAT REPAIR WAS MADE. THERE IS A BROWN STAINING SEEN ON THE HIGH REAR BACK AND LOOKS LIKE A DRIP SPOT. INNER SKIRT LINING SHOWS STAINING THAT DOES NOT SHOW THROUGH WITH FOUR THUMBPRINTS OF BROWN STAINING ON THE BOTTOM LEFT FRONT SIDE JUST ABOVE THE RUFFLE.
