Description: This listing is for a Plaque that says City of South Pasadena with the city’s Seal in the center. I think the center part could be ceramic, but I can’t be sure. It is surrounded by wood and is a good looking piece. It does have a groove on the back, I’m assuming to hang, but it would be on the wrong side and the seal would be hanging upside down. It does have felt on the corners to prevent scratching on tabletops. This plaque is about 10-inches wide and about 10 1/2-inches tall. Please look at the photos.
