The relic is an ancient copy on linen made in 1891 on behalf of monsignor Michael Felix Korum, bishop of Trier, Germany, on occasion of the encyclical issued by Pope Leo XIII. The cloth contains a small part of the textile from the real genuine Holy Robe housed at Cathedral of Trier, with a certificate of authenticity handwritten in German that assures the integrity of the relic. Size of the frame approx 10.5x12 inches, 27x31 cm. The frame showing the signs of age, with some minor damages from the humidity, but the relic is in good condition.
