The desin elements are remarkable, wonderful chinoiserie fish, with Rococo scrolls, butterflies and classical urns! What a crazy wonderful combination!! The fabric was printed c 1830 and its backed in natural linen cotton blend plain fabric. There is a dense cotton batting and its hand quilted!!~ ~ This piece would make the most beautiful pillows or upholstered projects or lovely too for hanging exactly as it! ~*~ ! The backing is a cotton, with many stains ~ There is a light cotton batting between the layers. MEASUREMENTS : This lovely piece measures approximately 36 inches by 26 inches Condition ~ : This gorgeous fabric is in as found, not freshly laundered condition with some light storage dirt ~ this textile has some staining on the backing ( please see photographs) There are some small holes in this piece too, This textile is not perfect, but its perfectly wonderful for anyone that adores the signs of time and use often inherent in these antique textiles! ~*~ Inventory number : EQF 69
