Description: Chinese stoneware pear-shaped ("yuhuchun") vase. "Yuan". Excellent condition. The white background is a result of the vessel being coated with a layer of pale liquefied clay (slip), before being painted. This example of "cizhou" ware was produced during the Yuan dynasty.
