Wash beans thoroughly and soak in warm water for about 3 hours. Or leave for 1 night, then rinse thoroughly again. 2. Steam beans for about half an hour. Then grind or pound them thoroughly. 3. Mix beans with coconut milk well together over medium heat. Add sugar and stir until dry out. 4. Smoke with scented candle 1-3 hours. 5. Knead until bean smooth and sticky. Keep in a container. Leave it to cool then mould into fruit or vegetable shapes. Use the food colouring to colour the miniatures. How to make : 1. Mix agar powder with jasmine water and simmer over heat until boiling. Add sugar and simmer until gelatin dissolves. Set aside. 2. Put the skewers and coat with jelly 1 time. Stab down on the foam, and set aside until dry. 3.
