Description: Tag says size 4 but I don’t that translates to American sizing. My son wore this out for Chinese new year when he was 24 months and 3T. When he was 24 months, this was a little big on him. When he was 3, this was a little short but was ok with me. He is an average sized kid. There is a hole on the fabric over the waist elastic but not noticeable bc the shirt goes over the waist. My items all come from a pet free, smoke free home.
