Front cover of book has a name written in ink at the top edge. Pages have some yellowing from age at the edges. Otherwise, this is in very nice condition. Record appears to be in very nice condition.3. Peter Pan Industries (not Disney) Book of Peter Pan. Record is a Disneyland Peter Pan record and does not appear to be the correct record for this book. Book has a full length crease on front cover. Disneyland record has some light scuffs but it does not appear they would be enough to affect play.
