Description: This limited edition book is inscribed and signed by Dale Chihuly, the best known glass artist in the world. His signature is in bright fluorescent ink on a front paper (see photo). The page edges are silver, and the dust jacket wrap (wraps around the center 1/3rd of the book) is silver with the title's text in black. Black faux leather cover, blind impressed title to front and spine. Gorgeous photography. This is a large book - approximately 15-1/2" x 12-1/2". This book has its own fascinating history. The prior owner of this particular copy is the very notable Anne Gould Hauberg (1917 – 2016) who was an American civic activist, philanthropist, and patroness of the arts. In addition to acting as Chihuly’s patrons, Anne and John Hauberg founded Pilchuck Glass School with Dale Chihuly. Condition: I grade nothing, so please review photos carefully. There are light bumps and wear to the cover from gentle use. The binding remains tight with no torn or missing pages observed. Apart from the inscription to Ms. Hauberg with the signature of Dale Chihuly, there are no added markings. The interior pages and photography appear spotless. See photos.
