It has a small tear in the cloth about 1/4" long on the front cover. It has shelf wear to the corners as well as the top and bottom spine edge. The pages and binding are in good condition. It is missing the front fly page. The title page and front page are torn from the binding at the top 4" and the bottom 2 1/4". A few of the pages have small tears at the edge.
