Rawles (1871-1932).Biography from askart: A high school teacher and artist, Charles Rawles was born in New Jersey about 1871 and by 1920 was living in Capitan, Lincoln County, New Mexico, and by 1930 was living in Santa Fe. He married Ninetta Partch in Detroit, Michigan but was widowed from her. His work is in the Museum of New Mexico, Santa and the Santa Fe Public Library.
