This second service level allows a maximum weight of 3 oz. and a total value of no more than $20, and these letters can be tracked through your My eBay Purchase History page, but NOT through the USPS website. With either service it is then just $1.00 additional shipping cost for a second cover purchased, and then only $.50 more for each additional cover shipped with this one to the same address. To qualify for this combined shipping offer, all items should close on the same day and all MUST be paid for together in the same single payment through eBay, so be sure to request a new total from seller before remitting payment if you win more than one item!
