It stars Edmund Lowe, Irene Ware and Bela Lugosi.(Interesting note here is that two years later Bela Lugosi would be the hero taking over the part of Chandu in serial "Return of Chandu"). This a seldom seen film and a recommendation for all movie buffs. SYNOPSIS: Chandu does battle with the madman Roxor who is out to gain world dominance. He has captured a noted scientist and wants his death ray to achieve his goal.This comes from a nice 16mm film transfer. Comes in hard shell case with artwork and title printed on disc.
