Description: CEYLON 1863 4d used perf 12 1/2 SG 52b cv £130 Fair/Good condition, good centering, bold colour. The two horizontal lines are part of an ink cancel. Dirty looking stamp, small tear visible. Priced accordingly I am no expert on these papers/shades. This comes on a stockcard marked SG 52b. If you disagree on the shade will give a full refund. I am selling unwanted lots that I do not collect from a larger lot that I bought. They are all on old dealer cards and I am often relying on the previous identification. If anyone disagrees, I will give an immediate refund. I combine postage. I am afraid that on 3 April 2023 the absolutely cheapest option posting to Europe has gone up to £2.20 and it is the same rate to Europe as the rest of the world.
