This item is new stock; however, it has been made from the old mold casting of The Mosaic Tile Co. of Zanesville, Ohio; The renowned tile maker of the last century, this Company closed in 1967 after 73 years in business.Note: these have a very tight tolerance of 3/16 of an inch overlay, so make your cut out no more the 5-7/8 inches square…use a dermal tool to fine tune the cut out. With a little extra work grinding down the high points on the back of toilet paper holder will give you a bit more overlay.Tip…install a 2 X 4 block at the height needed so this fixture will have something to rest on during installation.
