There are residues and deposits, and when we turned the system over to check the belt, little bits of glass fell into the test chamber from the bottom opening. The mag. hours meter on the unit you receive will be somewhere between 28 and 35 hours. Notes: This system is in PARTIAL working condition. The controls respond to user inputs and it pretends to run a cycle, but when a water sample was in the reaction chamber, it did not heat up. The temperature indication did not change, and power stayed at 25W indicated. There was an unhappy grinding/whirring noise from inside, we are not sure what that was. No other testing was done. This sale is AS-iS. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
