Measures about 11" x 8-1/2" with 8 pages, , each brochure has a "pocket" in the back that holds a separate spec sheet that is removable from the brochure- see photos . In like new condition. Slightly curved from how it was stored, but clean and bright with no noticed edge wear or handwriting. We only deliver our packages using USPS. NO MEET-UPS OR HOME DELIVERY , and no UPS or Fed Ex (too far from our home to drop off packages). We try very hard to protect your purchase- books and other paper items get sent in plastic sleeves or bubble wrap surrounded by cardboard, other breakable items get packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or other protection to help avoid postal damage.
