Shoes, boots, jackets, and gloves featuring BOA® ensure a custom fit by twisting the knob to tighten or releasing the lace by pulling the knob upward or outward given the wearer fits within the listed size. These gloves are no exception. If you generally fit "small" or "medium small" sized gloves but still find these a tad too big you can twist the BOA knob and tighten these until they feel just right. At maximum tightness these may even fit individuals with "extra small" hands as well. In short, these may fit small to extra small hands and anywhere in between. I am also glad to confirm from experience that BOA® does indeed send replacement laces and ratchet-knob kits free-of-charge upon request on their website in the event that any part of the tightening mechanism wears out or breaks.
