Domestically, I ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail depending mainly on the weight of the object. I may indicate that the item will be shipped by Parcel Select (cheaper that Priority) and charge you the lower rate, but then ship it by Priority anyway. All items will be shipped within 1 business day after payment has been received. INSURANCE Insurance is included in the shipping charge only when I ship by Priority Mail (maximum automatic insurance is $50) or I explicitly say in the listing that insurance is included for full value of item. Ebay does not allow sellers to offer "optional or required insurance." (I don't know why.) CUSTOMS/DUTY/THIEVES/POSTAL SERVICES: The buyer is responsible for being familiar with his or her country's customs/duty requirements and is responsible for paying all such customs/duty when asked to do so by a customs authority or eBay's Global Shipping Service. I have no control over mailbox thieves or postal services that mess up by misdelivering the package. Therefore, please don't hold me responsible for such.
