Description: This is a complete set in its original retail packaging with manual and AC adapter/charger. But the set needs a replacement battery (will not hold charge). Also, cosmetically, the rubberized coating has deteriorated and is sticky (a common issue for rubberized coatings). The battery replacement will require removing five screws, desoldering and resoldering. This is not a terrible project, but as I no longer ride, it is a project I do not care to undertake.
