It does have a log number on it from the dig site. The edge on this piece shows amazing craftsmanship. It displays beautifully. It is always a conversation piece when someone spots it on my shelf. This axe or club head was brought back by my Grandfather somewhere in his many travels. He spent a considerable amount of time in Central and South America in the 1920’s-1930’s.
