This stamp has been examined and expertized by the Expert Committee from the firm of Professional Stamp Experts (PSE), from Henderson, Nevada. Kindly see the photos, front and back, to view this stamp. It is fresh and bright, is nicely centered, and, is in fine-very fine used condition. The certificate provided with this stamp is a permanent record as to the identification and quality of this stamp, and applies only to this one stamp. Kindly note that this certificate has the notation "It is genuine used, with two small repairs at the right, a crease and REPERFORATED at the bottom." This stamp was submitted to be expertised as a perf 12 x 12 variety, Scott #26a, with a value of $1,000.00. It was expertized as Scott #26iv, a p. 11.75x12 variety listed in the Specialized Canadian catalog with a value of $225.00. While we agree with there being a crease, upon further examination we still fail to see the 'repairs' and re-state our opinion of it being a perf 12x12, Scott #26a, the more valuable variety with a catalog value of $1,000.00. None-the-less, we abide by the expert committee opinion. It is suggested that you enlarge the photos for a thorough examination and therefore offer this stamp with the assurance that you must be completely satisfied.
