Description: Modified UTV Inc Rugged Radio mount to install gauge style radio in my Can Am Maverick X3. The face of this mount measures 7” W x 4”H. You could open up the mounting hole as large as 5 1/2”W x 3 1/2”H if you wanted a different style stereo. Mounting depth is 6”. I wanted my stereo mounted up high as I had a rear view camera because visibility out the back of an X3 is horrible. I searched and searched for something and if there was something it was stupid expensive so I got creative. I painted the inside mount Octane Blue to match my X3 but you can paint it whatever color you want. I will include a mounting template for the mounting hole locations. You’ll just need 4 bolts and nuts to mount. You will need to relocate the 12V port from the top off your dash if you still want to use it.
