Description: For your eBay consideration today here's a stock camshaft with matching tappets from a Chrysler ACE marine engine, made in the USA. • Parts coming from a M-46 engine, 23" cylinder head, 218ci, 92 hp, circa block casting date 1950.• Used parts from a used boat.• Stamped 7268 and E54369M• 1" drive end diameter.• ~25" overall length, for the Chrysler 23.25" long cylinder head flathead engines.• Donor motor cam drive was gear to gear, crankshaft was standard rotation, hence the camshaft runs backwards of conventional passenger vehicle chain drive camshafts. And as such, a reverse rotation oil pump was mounted on the block, confirming said rotation.• Marine camshaft DOES NOT have a fuel pump lobe in the conventional passenger vehicle position (a fuel pump there would prohibit accessory drive off the camshaft gear); block mounting flange for conventional fuel pump was covered with a blocking plate.• This marine camshaft DOES have a fuel pump lobe in a location towards the other end of the camshaft, as sometimes seen on Chrysler industrial engines (e.g., forklift hydraulic pump access). • Lobes appear in serviceable condition.• Bearing surfaces appear in serviceable condition.• Tappets appear in serviceable condition.• presented today as a core; have them freshened by your preferred cam grinder.
