Description: This is for a vintage Camillus folding pocket knife. New in box. It has four blades. The handle is approximately 3.5" long, The large blade of the 4 is approximately 2" long when closed. It has the number 712 on the end of the knife. I'm assuming this is the #item number or serial number,etc. I could not find a single knife with this number. There were 710, 711,713, 714, Etc. but not a single 712 So I'm thinking this is a very rare knife and highly collectible. It comes in it's original box with a care instruction sheet. The box is showing some wear on the corner edges and ends. The handle appears to be made out of a plastic component such as Delrin*, which is strong and highly moldable. It's part of my husband's life long collection of knifes. *I'm not an authority on these types of things. I'm only sharing my own visual observations. Please review pictures and decide for yourself.
