Callaway Jaws X-Series Forged Wedge RH 58*/13* Excellent Rusting SW

This Callaway X-Series Jaws Forged wedge, right nanded, is in the condition most very good players want. The natural “Rusting” of the club head is desired for maximum spin, time the ball stats in the club face. I wont get any more nerdy about that. The wedge is 58* w/ 13* of bounce, more ideal as a Sand Wedge. My personal opinion, bounce on wedges is very personal, if you are playing goof at the level where the exact amount of bounce in hour wedges will affect your game, you already know what I’m saying. For the average golfer who may not get how the bounce affects your shots, this wedge will play better out of the sand, soft desert areas, etc. when playing off very tight lies, fairways, hard desert, etc less bounce is “Typically” better. The wedge comes with Callaway “jaws” steel shaft. It is standard length 35” and lie., the Ferrule has slid up on the shaft a bit. This has no impact on the performance of the club but we don’t want any surprises. The current grip, (Winn Dri-Tac) is worn. I would recommend planning in putting a new grip on. Can it still be used, sure but not for long. Overall if you are looking for a Forged Wedge, this wedge is going to have a Fantastic feel. The rusting on is ideal and the forged fave will play much softer than your typical cast club head. Having played this game at the highest level there is, I know guys who would request “rusted” wedges from the Van. Tour Reps made anything happen, LOL. A great wedge for players of all levels.
