Description: c 1930 John Aynsley & Sons Ltd fine bone china tea trio, pattern #B1301. Produced in the Aynsley Portland Works, Sutherland Rd, Longton, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. Delicately molded and hand decorated with gold banding and swags on a pale green border. The colours remain clear and vibrant, the gilding is unrubbed. Dimensions:The cup stands 6.5 cm tall and spans 10.5 cm from outer edge of the lip to outer edge of the handle.The saucer has a diameter of 14 cm.The side plate has a diameter of 17.5 cm. In excellent original vintage condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or restoration that I can identify. The reverse of all pieces bear the Aynsley, crown and England green back stamp; the saucer has a stamped pattern number. I have listed 10 trios, a milk jug and sugar bowl, and 2 serving plates in this same pattern separately. Ref 1347
