This piece is stamped “K.B.A. 1988 Bank Sales KY CENTRAL LIFE” on the bottom. There are glaze pops and glaze skips from the manufacturing process. There is a glaze separation line on the inside; this, too, is from the manufacturing process. Please refer to the pictures for an even more complete description.
