Description: This is an early dated Bushnell 4X-12X,40 scope that has two horizontal crosshairs. From what I have researched, this was an early range finder scope used for deer, elk and antelope. I could not find instructions on how to use the scope for range finding but it was on a rifle I bought so I am replacing it with a modern scope. It is graduated from 150 to 450 yards as far as I can tell, but one the end of the scope it reads 1000 yards. I called Bushnell and they told me they don't have any instructions on using this scope. The scope is very clear and as far as I can tell, it operates correctly. I would classify this as a vintage range finder scope.
