INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Buyer pays for shipping/customs charges outgoing and returning in both cases (See Statement 2). Refund- 1.)If a return is authorized, a full refund for the total purchase price and applicable shipping will be issued pending an inspection by the seller to confirm condition of the item. 2.)
