The side buckles I believe are more for decoration, but can be adjusted if you want to make the bags shorter.The interior is in excellent preowned condition. it is clean and the zippers work well. There is a large pocket in the middle, which contains additional two pockets on that interior. Another side has a zipper pocket and the other side is without a pocket.This item measures approximately 14 x 12”.
