The third package was opened and 7 additional washers were added to this package for a total of 15. From what I understand, there were originally 4 packages, one was opened and only one washer removed but the packaging was thrown away. The third package was opened to store the additional 7 washers from the 4th package. There are a total of 31 washers. Free Shipping to the lower 48 states only.
